WHO I AM / WHO YOU ARE
I work best with brave, creative, people-focused souls who know that simplicity and ease come with work up front. It's also a must for me that you show up, pay your invoices, and do your homework on time (see integrity above). You also must already have a business in place. I like to dive in early so you can avoid roadblocks later, but you've gotta know what your biz is in order for me to know what it needs.
If you aren't ready to change the way you've been doing things, we won't work well together. If you throw your hands up at the first word you don't understand or task set before you that you've never done before, this work isn't for you. Closed minds and blamers need not apply.
THE MONEY STUFF
Receipt: You'll get a receipt with each and every purchase. If you don't please let us know so we can send one your way. Proper paper trails are important for all of us.
Cancellations, returns, + refunds: All sales are final and I ONLY offer rescheduling, not refunds. Be certain you want what you are buying. If you have questions in that process, send an email to support@valgeisler.com before you purchase and we'll do our best to get you squared away.
THE PRIVACY STUFF
Personal Information: It's just that - personal. No private information will ever be given away or sold for any reason whatsoever.
Intellectual Property: My stuff is my stuff and your stuff is your stuff. We are both agreeing here not to modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, create derivative works from, distribute, display, reproduce or perform, or in any way exploit in any format whatsoever any of each other's stuff, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent.
